Whether within large, established matrix organizations or small and mid-sized startups, Trina has consistently stepped in during pivotal growth moments to strengthen strategy, build capacity, and accelerate mission-driven success.
Trina's favorite transformative initiatives to have led within include healthcare capital campaigns, and the build of revenue teams - including a healthcare fundraising team, and a national sales team in a high-growth startup that achieved 150% year-over-year revenue growth, with zero attrition.
